    Lost 2 credit cards just outside the hotel. Person who found it brought it to the hotel reception. Apparently, hotel staff looked up name on creditcard in the hotel guests database, matched it and returned it to me upon check out next morning. Saved me a lot of hassle and time the next day, Thanks again.

    We enjoyed the hotel, very good breakfast.

    The hotel was imposing with great location next to the beach + top lounges and clubs, Casino Barcelona and the beach promenade. The staff were charming and provided a nice service. The food from the Michelin-starred restaurant was different!

    During my stay, I appreciated the stunning rooftop pool with its amazing views. The staff provided excellent service. The buffet breakfast was particularly impressive, offering a wide array of delicious options to start the day. I found the air conditioning to be somewhat inadequate, which was a bit uncomfortable at times.

    It has a very good location, with nice swimming pools and beach view. The staff was kind. The hotel is extremely close to the Shoko and Catwalk which are very good places to have a party.

    The internet was very poor... If somebody need the internet during the stay, forget this hotel. That killed me. I could not open any website at first.. So I could not work..

    Really good Service and Fine Rooftop Views

    The rooftop pool offered amazing views of the Mediterranean, perfect for a relaxing evening. The breakfast was extensive, with freshly made pastries and a variety of healthy options. The staff were pretty good too, providing excellent recommendations for local dining. I found the air conditioning to be a bit inadequate.

    Appreciated marvellous breakfast, absolutely stunning room.

    We needed a place for celebrating birthday, everything was spotless. Travelled with our parent, spent 1 night here and had an awesome stay. Besides, the location was marvellous for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of Barceloneta Beach...

    Since our flight was cancelled due to the air traffic controllers' strike we missed our first night at the hotel. After rebooking our flights for the next day, the hotel allowed us to change our booking to fit the change in schedule. I was very impressed that they allowed us to do this with only a few hours notice and without hesitation. The breakfast was amazing! And it was wonderful to be able to go swimming in their open-air rooftop swimming pool in December.The room was excellent, with a nice big bathroom with shower and bath. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel is only a two minute walk from the beach.

    Why are hotels always so stingy with the milk in the rooms? There was a wide choice of coffees and teas but only two of those tiny pots of milk. Having said that, I am sure that the hotel staff would have been more than happy to provide more if we had asked.
